Why do I need a website?
All businesses need a website. A website is a very convenient place to display information about your business and what you offer for both new customers but especially for existing ones. However, a web-suite - like EZBIZsa - offers so much more than just a website and its has all manner of tools to help you run and control your business as well.
I have enough customers. I don't need a website to get more.
In our humble opinion, no-one has enough customers. EZBIZsa is focussed not only on helping you get new customers through the Internet but it is also focussed on helping you keep your existing customers through relationship management systems.
Can I download EZBIZsa onto my computer?
No, you don't have to - actually, you can't. EZBIZsa is a web-based program, which means that it exists on the Internet and is not run on your computer. What are the advantages of this? Firstly, it doesn't take up space on your computer. Secondly, it doesn't matter what kind of computer you have, you can run EZBIZsa as it operates through your web browser. Thirdly, you can access it from any computer, anywhere, as long as you can get online. Finally, you don't have to worry about the security of your information on the site as you would if you stored that information on your computer.
How do I cancel my contract?
Send us an e-mail saying that you want to cancel. If you have prepaid for the year, we will refund a pro-rata amount for months of the year not used (excluding the month in which you cancel). If you are paying monthly you won't get anything back, though.
If I sign up for EZBIZsa, how long will it be before I start seeing better sales?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee better sales. We are offering you a web suite with all of the tools to help you market your company on the Internet and manage various aspects of your business (if you choose to), freeing you up to focus on doing the work you need to be doing like finding new leads and spending time building relationships with existing customers ... face-to-face. Although we promote your website through EZBIZsa, we cannot guarantee business. However, using tools like the EZBIZsa newsletter management system, promoting specials and networking , we believe that your marketing efforts can bear fruit more readily than if you were not using EZBIZsa.
What do I need for EZBIZSa?
You need a computer that isn't too old or slow and you need a decent Internet connection (3G or ADSL are best). You should have a web browser on your computer as EZBIZSa is run through your web-browser. We would suggest using Mozilla Firefox web browser although we do optimise the site for most popular browsers.
Which is the best web browser?
Our opinion is that Mozilla Firefox is hands down the best. Its safe, fast and free and is used by most web professionals. Do yourself a favour and download and install it today. You won't be sorry.
How secure is the information on the site?
No website is completely safe, but we use effective encryption systems to protect passwords and e-mail addresses, while your entire administration section is password protected. We are also continuously upgrading the security of EZBIZsa to try to prevent compromises and we perform regular security audits.
Where is the site hosted?
We host the site in the USA. Why? Simply put, we want you to feel secure that even if you are sitting in the dark due to an unexpected power failure as a result of load shedding or some other infrastructure problem, you can be sure that you website is still working perfectly, promoting you and accepting contact and quotation requests ... even if you can't. There have also been Telkom system failures that have embarrassed several web companies and we'd rather not take the chance. What's more, the connection speeds are far higher than in South Africa, so visitors won't get bored waiting for your site to load and perhaps go somewhere else. If things change and we feel that South Africa has the same speed and relaibility as the American servers, we will move it back to South African shores.
Can you guarantee that I will get a certain number of visitors to my website or a specific number of sales per month through the site?
No. We are primarily offering a hosted website solution and our marketing efforts, although substantial, are only meant to support your own marketing efforts not replace them. It's still up to you to find your customers.
I want to try an EZBIZsa website out before committing. Can I do this?
We offer all new users a 10 day trial period during which they can try EZBIZsa out. You have to pay up front, before the trial but if you cancel within those 10 days, we'll refund your money in full.
I want to buy a few websites for my various companies. Can I get a discount?
We offer bulk discounts if you are buying more than 5 websites at one time. Please contact us for details. Please note that conditions do apply.
What content is not allowed on an EZBIZsa site?
Obviously illegal content is not allowed and neither is pornographic material and anything related to gambling or betting. Otherwise, you are free to post what you like.
